As a social scientist with a strong passion for language, text structure and readability, I have extensive experience writing and proofreading academic articles, book chapters, book manuscripts, doctoral dissertations and Master’s theses. I am the first editor of the book “Rethinking Religion in India: The Colonial Construction of India.” (Bloch et al., 2009) and second author of the book chapter "Rethinking Colonialism and Colonial Consciousness: The Case of Modern India." (Balagangadhara et al., 2008). Most recently I have edited a book manuscript which has been submitted for publication to Brill Publishers, Leiden. One of the researchers I have collaborated with formulates her appreciation of my work as follows: “She will find every small inaccuracy, even those which most other people overlook. But Esther does more, she reads what is written and thinks along. ... She will pay attention to coherence, consistency and clarity of the text as much as to the typo’s and punctuation marks.” (Dr. Keppens, researcher at Ghent University). With my dedication, experience and skills, I hope to be able to make a valuable contribution to your dissertation
